Event on Thursday, April 18, 2013 17:00 - 21:00
Usability is an important factor not only for websites or devices, but also for manuals. Comprehensible and clear instructions as well as motivating design are decisive for user acceptance. World Usability Day – have you heard?

Thursday, 10 November was the 7th World Usability Day. Its purpose is to increase the status of usability of devices and systems and the promotion of customer experience. The Ergonomen visited the Google Zurich event with interesting and also amusing talks on the topic of “learning from each other”. This is surprising, considering the growing number of self-service customer interaction or complex websites where you cannot find what you are looking for. Usability is the discipline that makes our lives easier. It will get the attention it deserves eventually.
