Dr. Mueller received his doctorate in 2000 at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology ETH. Dr. Mueller is one of the leading Swiss experts in Usability and User Centered Design. He is founder and owner of The Ergonomen Usability AG.

Dr. Anne Bruseberg did her PhD in ergonomics in the UK where she worked for several years in a variety of projects in system ergonomics and Human Factors Integration. She also has a engineering degree in Arbeitsgestaltung (TU Dresden).

Dr. Lukas Baenninger studied Psychology at the University of Zurich. He is experte in developing strategies, innovation management, service design, User Centered Design and everything related to user experience.

Justyna Bahl studied Business Administration at the University for Applied Sciences in Hof, Germany.Her major was in marketing management with specialization in „Internationales Marketing & Management“ and „Intercultural Competence“. With many years work experience in Switzerland, USA and India she joined the Ergonomen in May 2012 as Marketing & Sales Manager. 

Sabina Studer has a degree in Applied Psychology with majors in Engineering- and Safety Psychology and Human Factors.

Annemiek van der Heijden studied Interaction Design (MSc) at the Technical University Delft. On the basis of in depth analyses, she translates the user requirements into innovative products and solutions.

Corinne Maurer, is a teacher with sound Usability experience. Her focus lies on e-learning (of course), Social Media and Augmented Reality.

Diana Wirth is a skillful interviewer and Usability tester. She is responsible also for our ever growing pool of test subjects - contact her, if you want to take part in a test or two!

Dinis Meier studied Interaction Design at the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste ZHdK. As Usability and Interaction Design Consultant he is focused on User Centered Design projects for our customers.

Patricia Mueller manages everything related to HR, finances, taxes, insurance and more.
