Joel Siebenmann supports the Ergonomen as a UX & Usability Consultant with his expertise in the design and optimization of user-centred processes. With his solution-oriented and systematic way of working, he specializes in harmonizing business goals with the needs of users. In client projects, he represents the user-centred design perspective in all project phases - from identifying user needs, to designing solutions and iteratively optimizing them, through to UX support during implementation. Throughout his projects, he utilizes his background in psychology to make data-based decisions by conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research. He is particularly passionate about design thinking workshops and design sprints, where he can fully capitalize on his creativity and commitment.
