With long-standing experience in both enterprise and agency environments, Tobias supports organizations in the targeted development of products, processes, and digital strategies. He identifies structural leverage points and creates clarity between business objectives, technological constraints, and real user needs. As an Expert Consultant, he advises decision-makers in evaluation and transformation initiatives and, as part of the Ergonomen team, helps develop solutions that are both operationally feasible and strategically impactful. At the same time, he contributes to partnership development and to strengthening and growing the consulting team.
